Whale Watching Party 1/27/06

Hi new and old friends!
Ok....listen up! This is for all people residing in the Southern California area. This is my friend Synthian:
And he is hosting a party.....
Its a "Whale Watching Party" for Greenpeace. And I have decided to lend my hand in helping him with this event.
What is the "Whale Watching Party"?:
This winter, nearly 1000 whales -- many of them endangered -- will be killed under the guise of "scientific research". Most of these whales will end up on grocery store shelves in Japan. Gorton's, the company that supplies your grocery store with frozen fish fillets, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest Japanese whaling conglomerate.
Our purpose is to gather people to screen the new video footage of the Greenpeace ships and their confrontation with the Japanese whaling fleet, in efforts to stop the harpoons. We will also hold a nationwide conference call with ocean campaigner John Hocevar and Nathan on board the Esperanza. Many questions will be asked, and questions will be answered.
This event will take place Friday, January 27th, and will start at 7pm.
The location of the event has not yet been determined, but we are working on it at the current time. It will be in Brea, CA though. If you aren't sure where Brea is....its in Orange County near the Fullerton/Anaheim area.
(And I am working on a little treat after the meeting...but not yet confirmed, so that's all I will say).
PLEASE DO REPOST, PLEASE DO SPREAD THE WORD, AND.....
Please consider attending so that we can make a difference for these majestic, gentle giants, and natural wonders of the sea.

-Remember, keep an open-mind with others, and they will open up their minds to you-
